Order Processing
As our items are made to order:
Once production is complete, orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your package. However, we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
