RETURNS POLICY

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item if necessary.

For made-to-order items, all sales are final, and we cannot offer exchanges or refunds, as each piece is specially manufactured to your specifications.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@wendymurraydesign.com. If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Returns for Faulty Garments

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty garment, please contact us at info@wendymurraydesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your return, we may require clear photos of the fault. If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please note that this does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
